1. Service description

The Tipfather provides sports betting analysis, educational content, and Telegram-based delivery across football and tennis topics. The service currently includes The Wire, The Vault, The Steam Room, The Court, The Ledger, Weekly Briefing, The Playbook, and related support surfaces.

2. No financial advice

The service is provided for statistical analysis, information, and entertainment only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a promise of profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All betting decisions are your responsibility.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use this service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using sports betting services is legal where you live.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid access is processed through Stripe.

  • Monthly is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled.
  • Quarterly is billed every 3 months and renews automatically until canceled.
  • Annual is billed upfront for 12 months and renews automatically each year until canceled.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
  • After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. No refund policy

Payments are non-refundable. Canceling stops future renewals only. No refunds are issued for unused time, partial periods, or dissatisfaction with results, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Year-round service

The service operates year-round. Football and tennis keep the family active across the calendar, although the exact mix of topics, cadence, and opportunities may shift with the sporting schedule.

7. Content and intellectual property

All picks, reporting, written analysis, educational posts, branding, and operating methods are the intellectual property of The Tipfather. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or publicly share paid content without permission.

8. Delivery and availability

We aim to deliver picks, reports, and support reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery can be affected by data providers, Telegram, Stripe, email, hosting, or other technical dependencies. Odds can change after publication, and execution quality can vary by bookmaker, geography, and timing.

9. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. Follow bankroll discipline and topic fit. If gambling is becoming harmful for you, seek professional help from a responsible-gambling organization in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

The Tipfather is not liable for betting losses, indirect damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the current billing period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the website. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
